I've been tracking flight 1106 since 5pm. My cust. has been sitting on a runway for 4 hrs. I've missed a Friday night of real money or family time. Now it's finally in the air and off to JFK I go. I know it's not the airlines fault but I need to rag on somebody before I pick somebody up that is probaly in a worst mood than me. See ya.

Where were they flying out of? Midwest has been having snow and ice issues.

They were flying in from NC. I shouldn't have bitched so soon. I was in and out of JFK quickly and they threw me a decent tip. It's just weird that a job that I was suppose to be done with around 7pmish is finishing up @ midnight.
I was lucky that I caught the delay @ home. A lot of times we're stuck @the airport waiting. I still blew a friday night.

If I was on the plane watching tv and eating blue chips I would have felt differently. Instead, I was sitting behind a computer tracking it and then a steering wheel. I should have made more money for a friday night.

According to SeatGuru.com, JetBlue has between 1-5 inches of additional leg room and about an inch of seat width compared to continental.

As the Giants were beating the Packers, I was flying home to NY from West Palm Beach via Jet Blue. Almost every seat was tuned to the game and it made for an amazing flight...those missed field goals elicited a groan throughout the plane that rivaled a hijacking, and the final field goal in OT brought out a massive cheer.

Plus free munchies for the game and real cheap fares. Throw in the amazing leg room and you have an airline I will always fly first above all others.

JetBlue flies from Newark to MCO. That's nice.

Why doesn't JetBlue fly out of Philly anymore?

I was a at terminal 6 today... at 5 pm with nowhere to drop anyone off. This airline maybe cheap, but it's a joke on the ground.

and this includes XM, but not 202, obviously.
they're starting with free wi-fi on some flights, too.

Why no 202? Does the Whatley posse need to be unleashed on Jet Blue?

I'm guessing because it's an XL channel. Doesn't Flight Benefits work for Jet Blue?

Too many idiots with whistles near the terminal and not near the construction lane closure where everybody slows it down on purpose. Thank you for feeling my pain.

Even though I live near Newark, I really want to try JetBlue's direct flights to PHX, but it's only out of JFK. Am I nuts if I'm looking to see how much car service is to get there and everything?

The cats working on JFK are all right in my book.
I remember back when they banned smoking aboard aircraft and I was coming back from Paris and had to catch a flight to D.C.
I got off the plane at JFK just dying for a cigarette, so I went up to some chaps doing a major renovation.
I said something like,
"Hey guys, I'm a carpenter, too and I just got off a 9-hour flight and have to catch another one to D.C. and I'm going nuts without a cigarette.
Now I see these 'No Smoking' signs and all, but hey, I've been on jobsites all my life and I know you guys got somewhere I can go and have a smoke."
They kind of exchanged glances and without a word one of them nodded to one side and I followed him back to a nice secluded area where I shook an unfiltered Camel from a crumpled pack and lit that bad boy up and never felt so good.
I chain-smoked a couple more and then split.
On the way out I thanked the guys and I think just the look on my face said plenty.
That was about 20 years ago and I still feel mighty grateful....
