I searched "lent" and didn't see any relevant threads.
Still a couple of hours for those who haven't decided what to give up yet, like myself. Last year I gave up porn, and made it though the full 40 days. I can't do that again.
What are you giving up?

I gave up Lent for Lent a couple years ago, so i have to stick with that for the rest of my life. Otherwise it would be bad.
I'm debating giving up RFnet for Lent.
40 days.

It starts tomorrow and goes until Holy Thursday Juggy.
It's a LOOOOOOOONG time.
You get Sundays off though.

I'm gonna do a 40 day fitness regime. I eat prettyhave a very balanced diet, rarely drink and quit smoking 10 yrs. ago so I figure I'll elevate my workout for awhile.

it's like 47 or 48 days less sundays. that's where the 40 days comes from. see ya on the 10th crazy man.

im really going to try to lose weight - and i think many people do this, but it doesnt work, i think, because they do it on lent. i have started a bit early, so it will be more on me and not "i did it for lent" i feel like i would use lent as an excuse to not take my weight loss seriously
