My computer is a good ways away from my router and wireless dosent work good in my home. I currently have a direct line to my computer from the router and I have the PS3 and XBOX360 sitting near by. My question is: what do I need to get to split the line from the router and use in all three applications - computer, PS3 and XBOX360? Is this possible? I want to get into online gaming soon.

are you using the right terminology? because a router is used to share a connection to multiple devices, so you'd need to plug your systems into the router.
you could always connect a wireless hub to your router via a wired connection, and put that access point somewhere near the consoles, that way you could have a wireless connection in other parts of your home.

Wireless hub makes perfect sense. The consols are about 75 feet from the router.
Thanks - I am so smart but often very dumb.
