My company has the bad habit of having everyone truck into work.... let the snow really come down to the point where the roads are trecherous... then send everyone home.

In over 7 years at my job they only closed the office once in all that time. God forbid you close the office for the benefit of the safety of your employees.

One of these days an employee will die in a car crash driving home in white-out conditions and then they will be more cautious.
