You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I've been wondering this for a while and always wanted to ask, but what's Ron's beef with Mikey Background's wife? He brings it up all the time, and one time she called to talk to Fez and it was pretty uncomfortable. What did she do to piss of Ron so bad?
