All the new houses they are building in my neighborhood have 1 kitchen, but double sinks, ovens, etc. For religious reasons. They are all Huge!

My grandmother has a "kitchen" of sorts in her basement. She has an oven built in the wall and there are refigerators and freezers down there as well as an industrial mixer. She put it in there because she'd make cheesecakes for the family restaurant. She also used the basement to make a couple of courses of the holiday meals down there.
