Humans having litters, the real problem..

It seems ludicrous that we spend trillions trying to avoid economic and environmental ruin when all it would take is a change of heart, and some decent birth control.

Every problem, starvation, global warming, disease etc. are attributed to overpopulation of the world. We spend a trillion here or there developing quick band aids for the real problem. The real problem is that we are way out of control, we need to stop the unchecked, human plague-like growth on the planet. We are not supposed to go on forever unchecked.

This is not the dark ages where the church mandated breeding to fortify it's ranks anymore. It's not prehistory where most of the population would die before reaching the age of 24. We are beyond the need to breed a family until we get a male heir anymore.

We are in a different world now. We live in a world where a lead painted baby rattle can circle half the world within 24 hours. We all know the world is running out of space for humans but we seem to think everything will work out if we can just figure out a way to make water run a car...

Frankly, I'm not in the mood to save any energy at all. When I know the old lady next to me on the freeway in a Prius has 4 kids and 10 grandchildren I want to throw up. She has exponentially ruined the earth far past anything I can possibly do by driving a truck. She has now single handedly created 14 more drivers on the road.. She's an over breeding bitch.

Families with litters of kids sicken me. I think each 'Family' or 'gene line' should have an allotted carbon footprint. If you have one kid, that kid uses your footprint. When that kid some day has one kid, they will have to operate within the same footprint too. Careful family planning will ensure a comfortable carbon footprint living for generations to come. If you have a litter, you should still have to live in the same carbon footprint as a family with one kid.. You and all your kin for generations to come should be forced to live in carbon free squaller.. You should be sad, and you should conserve.

The good side is, that there is plenty of resources for the eon's if we just control our ranks. I'm not even talking about a good war, or disease or famine to thin the herd. I'm just talking about making overpopulation unfashionable and unprofitable. There shall be no sorrow for those who over breed.

i think there should be a mandatory IQ test for everyone within child bearing age, to be administered every 5 years or so and if you fail it you cant have kids until you pass the next one. and there should be a cap on how many you can have, maybe 2 or 3.

It can be argued that every social problem in this world is a result of overpopulation. War, famine, disease, etc. If there were less people, then there would be less problems.

Personally, I think the only thing that may keep this problem from destroying the world is some massive pandemic plague. Mother nature has a creative way of keeping overpopulation in check.
