Today, LA enacted a law requiring most pets to be nuetered/spayed by the time they are 4 months old. The only exemptions are for showdogs, police dogs and guide dogs. Even dogs that are older need to be chopped up.


The purpose, apparantely, is to decrease the number of euthenized animals.

Yeah, I like Sleeper too. But, for some reason, the scene where he discuses 20th century history with the scientist really bugs me. I can't seem to get past the thought "He is outright lying to that guy - he's making shit up!"

I know it's weird, but as a Historian I guess I can't help it.

Overall I'm not a big fan though. I think he is a great writer but his voice and mannerisms annoy me so it takes away from the experience.
