Today, LA enacted a law requiring most pets to be nuetered/spayed by the time they are 4 months old. The only exemptions are for showdogs, police dogs and guide dogs. Even dogs that are older need to be chopped up.

The purpose, apparantely, is to decrease the number of euthenized animals.

Yeah, I like Sleeper too. But, for some reason, the scene where he discuses 20th century history with the scientist really bugs me. I can't seem to get past the thought "He is outright lying to that guy - he's making shit up!"

I know it's weird, but as a Historian I guess I can't help it.

agreed.
better question.

have the coen brothers made an unwatchable movie?
this is a good question; is the better director the one that doesn't make a bad movie, or the one that makes ok movies and great movies?

I felt the same way the first time I saw Anchorman. I was kind of underwhelmed. It's a much funnier movie on repeated viewing.

I wonder if Ron knows many of his films, I should email the show or call in, but I suck.

Jason

If I get brave, what's their email address again?

Is it ron&fez@aol.com?

Thanks.

Like Ron always says, America loves shit, so I'm sure whatever Leno does in the future will be successful as well while Dave continues to consistently put out a far better product on a regular basis.

Those are good. My family makes grasshoppers with ice cream as holiday after dinner drinks.

I made them for my in-laws this year at Christmas, and they went nuts for it.

that's why the latenight shows are big business; people also tend to watch the same channel in the morning that they were watching when they went to bed (ie - Tonight show ratings relate to Today show/NBC morning news ratings

I've seen him do the Nature Boy a few times. He probably has an idea where he wants to go with those, but I'm pretty sure he didn't read from anything any of those times.

Probably because that comment hit the "Dennis Miller point" where only 1% of the audience will follow you.
