I've been missing alot of show lately;

But, I have noticed that after the usual film audio and song launch, they then seem to add an upbeat song's instrumental intro for ~5-15 seconds before RB starts-up.

I assumed this was part of Mooch's cool production contribution?

mooch has done a great job. He is not shoe horning his production into the show either, all the movie references and bumpers fit the show perfectly. Hopefully earl and the others can learn through osmosis what it is like to be creative.

Man, thanks so much. I've been trying to figure out that name of that song since i heard the opener. I thought the Warriors line was maybe an intro to the song, thats what was throwing me off.
