I went with the Leatherbound Journal option. This harkens back to the brief Gvac Smoking A Pipe era. I can just picture him in front of the fire wearing a lush quilted robe with a velvet collar, smoking his pipe, scribbling in his journal with a quill pen, and taking the occasional sip of brandy.
