Sean Penn and Gus Van Zant will even be including a shower scene withJames Franco and make up sex...
sounds like Ben Affleck and Jimmy Kimmel already covered this.

This movie has been done already. It's an essentially "who cares" historical movie which only got Senator Feinstein's political career a jumpstart when she went on her anti gun crusade.

I think you have to throw in the gay stuff if you're going to talk about Harvey Milk, though. His personal struggles to accept his homosexuality would really inform his politics later. I mean, he was really the first openly gay politician, and even in San Francisco, which everyone outside of there thinks absolutely loves teh ghey (it's way more complicated than that), that was a problem.

Harvey Milk was also one of the most vocal supporters of Jim Jones. Hopefully the movie will deal more with the murder trial than the trailer makes it look, thats the most interesting part.

Great movie. LOVED it. Loved Penn, loved emile, loved the hotty plays his first boyfriend guy, loved everyone.
The time flew by.
Loved the message that if you think things can never change, or you dont have the power to make the world a better place...you're wrong.
Go see this. Its great.

of course. It never even occurred to me, Paul, that you might be getting a blowjob from a guy. Now that you mention it, I do remember you telling Ron that you might try playing for the other team since things aren't going so well for you in the heterosexual world.

Oscar should Milk this film for all its worth geh geh geh.
Loved it. Saw it and Slumdog yesterday. Think they both deserve Best Picture noms.
I don't think Penn deserves the Oscar though. I thought there were sooo many great performances that more of the credit belongs to Van Zant for getting them.

There's just one thing I'm not clear on, Sean Penn's character Harvey Milk.......he's gay right?
Seriously it was great, really wanted Mickey Rourke to win the oscar, but I could see why they gave it to Sean Penn.
