I don't find the jokes about mentally retarded people funny. My nephew has Downs Syndrome and it ought not be the source of ridicule that O&A use it for. In fact most of the real cringe humor that Norton is so proud to spout is lazy and unfunny. Norton is a funny observation comedian but the cringe stuff sucks.

Just my opinion

My showism problems aren't even really on the air though, it's mostly on boards when people overuse stuff because they have nothing else to post but insist on posting anyway.

Im not here to edit content. The thread asked for opinions and one was offered. There is a reason they have 170 channels on XM so we can listen to what we enjoy and avoid what we don't. If hes on the radio saying these things he is enjoyed by an audience. It is just not something that I enjoy.
Now I have to get back to burning books

What? Is Silera above the normal slings and arrows we throw at each other on a daily basis because she is a girl? I doubt she feels that way.

Oh and after yesterday, not really a showism, but any talk about how big a Yankees fan Earl is, the 'I wouldnt put on a Boston Jacket for a million dollars/mothers life is not even bad enough to be bad in the good way, its just horrific, not even Not funny.

And not so its all Earl, the 'Where are you from?' thing with hayseed callers.

Any "broth and bathrobe" jokes
linger longer
opie saying "thats the beauty of this show"

O&A have a habit of playing clips into the ground. Once or twice they may be funny but the constant playing of the same clip over and over for a week/weeks is enough already.

That being said I'd like to not read about people complaining about show content.

I usually get sick of bits from both O&A and R&F because Matty overuses them when he thinks he's being brilliant.

Then, when I actually hear where the bit came from, I cringe. Sometimes my cringe resembles a seizure, it's so bad.

Way to roon the show for me, dude.
