Is it just me, or has ESD stopped addressing Mr. Bennington as Mr. B and now calls him simply Ron?

Perhaps Ronnie bumped ESD to collegue status?

He has been telling ESD for almost a couple of years to drop his corny "Mr. B", "Mr. W" act. Maybe he finally caught on. I think its weird way of compensating, "I'll stick something in my ass, but I'll call you sir while doing it."
