Anyone else watching this show? I'm a sucker for these real reality shows, and this is another good one.

It's from the same crew that brought us Deadliest Catch and Ice Road Truckers. It follows 4 separate logging crews in Oregon. The first episode premiered tonight and it was pretty good.

I saw a preview for it the other day. It looked fucking stupid.


I saw it while I was being forced to watch Ice Truckers for the first time. It was fucking stupid.

I watched the pilot, and as usual, the "extreme" style of production totalled what could have been a good show. I can't stand all the foleyed-in over-the-top sound effects, like when a limp coil of cable was moving on the ground, you hear what sounds like high-tension wires snapping.

I like it..just one problem...the series seems oddly devoid of animals in the forest....maybe I missed something..I saw some of the marathon on Sunday..no tree huggers?
And it is Bigfoot country...yet no signs!

I just cannot stand the editing of the show. They would show the guys chaining up the logs in snow, then the guys at the top would be standing in clear ground wearing t-shirts. Or they'd shake the camera to show "danger".
