The scenario:
You will live your natural life just how you normally would.
At the moment of your demise your entire physical being will be teleported to a spot of your choosing for 60 seconds. When at this spot you will be pain free, injury free and lucid. After the 60 seconds are up, you will return as you were.
Sorry, no time travel and you have to pick the spot now for the rest of your life.
Where would you go?

I want to do the opposite thing- no matter where I die, I want my deceased body to turn up someplace extremely inconvenient- say, in a meatpacking plant, at the library, or in a corrupt senator's office.

My serious answer is head home, so I can write a goodbye letter.
My fun answer would be about 10 feet away from the observation deck at the Empire State building.

Just, please let me finish my pint, and throw some more turf on the fire before I go.

I'm gonna go 'Mike the Teacher' on you guys and say send me to any of the planets they've been discovering around other stars lately. I hear there's a huge one (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~mwm/planet.html)about 35 light years away with a similar atmosphere to ours they just discovered. Send me there. I'm just dying (ahem) to know what they're like.
If that can't be arranged, I'll settle for Portugal.

I've been all over the world and Fort DeSoto is my favorite place I have ever been. I am lucky enough to go almost every weekend.

And if a double-decker bus
crashes into us...
To die by your side is such a wonderful way to die...

I'd go for one last drift, catch the pool fish and let the mates keep the money!
