Have you ever meet anyone completely opposite to you?

I recently have meet someone almost completely opposite to me, we share a lot of the same interests but our interpretation of them couldn't be further apart. In the past I would have almost instantly disliked a person like this. We share very little culturally except race and language.

Yet I am completely fascinated with this person and find them interesting. I dont see much happening relationship wise with this person but Im completely infatuated in a way I haven't been since I dont know how long. I genuinely want to be friends with this person.

I swear that this person would make a perfect enemy for me, old school duel to the death type stuff

I just find it interesting is all, any comments, thoughts?
