Seriously though, from what I know Tommy Fox's has VERY limited parking and isn't the easiest place to get to for the out of state/towners. If we're going to be "hooked up" here, or it's "that" good, then I'm all for it. However, if this is not the case we should really look to keep it somewhere with easy access for those not from the area as to promote more people coming out.

Also, I'm not exactly sure we need to "rent" out or put aside spots for the bar night. It's as simple as hitting a cool joint and taking over.....a section at least. For a whole site get together with the show it's surely needed, but for thiis I'm not sold. During the last event, due to trouble at Firewater, we just went to The Cottage on our own with no arranged setup and had a much better time there. I think a chill place is best, with some shit to do like dart, pool and shit like that. If u need some help I'd be glad to help.

However, I'm too smart to take on a wife, let alone someone else's so you and Ramrod can keep/share your wife!! :wink: I like my freedom/sanity!

Actually, Lannigans is a pretty nice spot, but too small unless the back is open/weather is nice enough. That back patio is really a nice hang and the inside is cool too. Also, it's a hang bar ultimately, not like Firewater. Who's Joe? He's on with that call in my mind. Another plus is that it's easy to get to from Route 4 or Int 80. and has a ton of parking behind it. I can stop there anytime and setup something if you need help. Stepped upped baby!! Yet if Joe knows someone there or has connections to it, I nominate him to make it happen. Still, I can work my magic if needed. We go there after games once in a while when we tire of Harleys.

Before I go into details, I want to thank JoeTheBartender for reaching out and securing us this spot. If I see Joe reach for his wallet once, the person standing next to him is banned.

Now the skinny;

We have the back room set up just for us. There will even be a few trays laid out for us (wings and stuff) Not dinner, just a few munchies set out early.

Tommy will have a cover charge for April 19th. He is showing the UFC Championship on Pay Per View, and maybe a band, later. Fear not.
If you PM or email (hottub@ronfez.net) me by April 15th, you will be on a list. This list will be given to the bouncers. NO CHARGE!! You get eats, PPV, a band, and you get to hang out with me, for free!

It's sad, but true. You are only around 10 miles away, but the interstate mass transit mostly caters to morning and evening commutors. If you go to the Port Authority terminal on 42nd and 8th you can grab the NJ Transit 166 bus. It runs right down Washington Ave. (Which is where Tommy Fox's is) Problem is, as the night gets later, busses are more infrequent. Here's the schedule. (http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0166.pdf)

Bergen Bar Night III is officially at Tommy Fox's.
Before I go into details, I want to thank JoeTheBartender for reaching out and securing us this spot. If I see Joe reach for his wallet once, the person standing next to him is banned.

Now the skinny;

We have the back room set up just for us. There will even be a few trays laid out for us (wings and stuff) Not dinner, just a few munchies set out early.

Tommy will have a cover charge for April 19th. He is showing the UFC Championship on Pay Per View, and maybe a band, later. Fear not.
If you PM or email (hottub@ronfez.net) me by April 15th, you will be on a list. This list will be given to the bouncers. NO CHARGE!! You get eats, PPV, a band, and you get to hang out with me, for free!

How does that sound? There is plenty of free parking behind Tommy Fox's on Portland Ave. I will put up a map and directions in the morning.
