so, ron awarded earl the beanie cup for best staff member this past monday. he did a great job covering two spots while fez was out and mooch and dave were drinking.

i think we should honor ron's idea by awarding the beanie cup (almost) every day. let's discuss who you think really performed well today.

You don't have to ask me first, not at all. It's just the new people always make an idea go towards how great Ron is or how shitty Earl is. You'll learn that it doesn't always have to be thrown back on stuff like that.

Easy Sailor, there was no shit given.... and don't try to instill backbones into these guys so soon, it took most of us 700 posts to grow even the smallest set of balls.... It's the natural progression, you encourage and it will throw off the whole cycle of the board.

If that happens we will be no better than STI.

It's like last week when Ron said that Dave is always sucking up to him. He doesn't need us to point out that he's great. The point of the Beanie cup is that Ron will never give it to ESD, just like Beanie.

I can't believe Dave was snubbed yet again over the Christmas vacation. Apparently Beanie awarded the cup posthumously to her mother, who passed away in 2008.
