I could have sworn there was already a thread for this show, but I can't find one...I'm probably just thinking of BeerBandit's sig pic.

Anyway, this is easily my favorite show on Adult Swim right now (until the Venure Bros. come back). It's by the same crew that did Sealab 2021, and it's another one of their 10-15 minute shows, but man, it is insane. You really have to watch it from the beginning each season since the season is basically like a giant ongoing episode broking up into 10 minute bits. The first season just came out on DVD this week, and I highly reccomend to anyone. I'd try to explain what it's about, but I'd sound like a madman. I'll just let some random clips explain for me:

I wasn't a fan until I watched one episode. I am a big fan of Aqua Teen, but never really got into any other Adult Swim shows (since Space Ghost and Sea Lab aren't shown as much anymore) but I DVR'd an episode the other night and I'm hooked. I'm going to pick up Season 1 on DVD this weekend. Very fun and well written show.

Love it. Used to watch it and now I'm seeing it on again. Is it a new season? I thought they blew up the planet or something.

That was the end of the first season. Turns out, the machine failed and only moved the Earth a bit, "curing" global warming.

Yeah, I've tried drumming up interest for this show in other threads but never started one solely dedicated to this piece of brilliance. I say, regardless if you listen to Ron and Fez or not, if you don't love Frisky Dingo, you don't get funny. Plain and simple. Content: Absurd. Writing: Original. Timing: Spot on. It is the very definition of comedy and hits every time you watch it.

I was really hoping that the DVD would have an option to play the episodes as one giant block, making the entire seasion essentially into one 2-hour movie, but no dice. And man, what a barebones DVD. The show kicks ass, but I was kinda hoping for some extras...nada.

I have a deep distrust of anything new on Adult Swim since those two talentless douchebags "Tim and Eric" keep getting new shows, and after utter crap like "12 Oz. Mouse" and "Squidbillies" got on the air. It's clear that the way a show gets on Adult Swim is that the Williams Street guys give the buddy they smoke pot with a chance to make a pilot based on some shit that sounded really really funny when they were all really fuckin' baked the night before.

Yeah, I'm baffled as to how Squidbillies is still on the air. I tend to just leave the TV on and check my e-mail while it's on since it's right before FD, and man, it's awful. And how the hell is something as retarded as Assy McGee coming back on?

Glad to see a Frisky Dingo thread. This show is simply the best thing on Adult swim now, it outshines ATHF even. This continuation of season 2 they are playing now is just great.

Now if I can find some folks who are into Garth Marengie's Darkplace all will be well.

Frisky Dingo fan since day one...literally. Just watched the season finale last night from my DVR. I cannot wait for Season 3 now.

And I totally get what you mean by attempting to explain the plot you'd look like a madman. You just can't.

So many good quotes from that last episode too...I don't think I remember them verbatim, so you just have to watch it!

There are some GREAT squidbillies episodes, and others that are just out there. For example, the meth hog or Christmas episodes are fucking brilliant!!

Ouch. I've tried, man, but that show just hurts to watch. I do really like Lucy: Daughter of the Devil, though. Anything that lets H. Jon Benjamin do his thing kicks ass.

I've never seen the show, and I don't know if this is relevant, but since his name has popped up a few times in this thread, here goes...

I can't see why H. Jon Benjamin can't seem to get some love outside of Adult Swim. I don't know if he has done anything I haven't loved. All the way back to Dr Katz.

The Human Giant guys use him on their show a lot:
