Egg+Cheese+Sausage+Biscuit?

I don't quite remember the ingredients but i used to work at a McD's when i was 16 and every Saturday/Sunday morning (11am sharp) when we had to switch over to lunch we'd have to throw out all the breakfast stuff.

So you had a lot of hungover teenagers in the back of the store making greasy sandwiches to eat. I always enjoyed the sausage + biscuit combination.

Yum.

They used to have Eggs Benedict McMuffin at a few stores a few years ago, but sometimes even the stores that advertised it claimed they didn't make it. The sauce was really weak on those sandwiches anyway.

There was a small restaurant near Lake Sebago, Maine that had served "egg nates" for decades. The locals claimed that their sandwich came first. I haven't visited the area for at least 10 years, but I still remember the sanwich.
