Al is a person who seems to gets abuse on a daily basics. He needs to grows balls and like act like he has a backbone. This might be one walk to do it. I think the show should make up there version of adult fight club. The first fight should be Al versus Opie.

How about start him off slow, like with Joe Poo first...Opie will just maul him...it'd resemble King Kong Bundy vs. S.D. Jones :)
