lets address this first. the store. Mike didn't ask me for help with the store you did. and i hung around for 4 hours and made or fixed 90% artwork on the page. until you had to leave.

I never asked you for money to help you with the store or the shirts. all i asked as that if i design a shirt you reimburse me by getting me a shirt of what i made. i designed at least 3 shirts for you. and everytime i asked you for my shirt you gave me the run around and then you went so far as to try and make me feel guilty for asking. which is quoted here

50% of those words are taken from PM's months ago while me and you discussed frenchy groping cards and STI modship stuff. It ended it in no hard feelings that you would not want the modship.

Alot of details changed from that convoersation til launch. Frenchy never did get involved and a partnership agreement was made (looking for you to get involved and got ignored again). An investment had to be made to make the website work so we can upload pics and control the business from the back end panel and have the accounting tools set up into the printers store intergration.

I put all that money into it. There was a few grand of programming i paid for to make the sites fuctionality work. We never even got to fix the design of the site from its basic picture displays.

The 1.00 we "hoped" to make was a number that was discussed before shipping costs were tacked on. In fact it was premature to even discuss that with you months ago because the deal was still not done. We had hoped to do all shipping ourselves and buy a stock, and then we found a company who was willing to house the shirts and ship for the cost of our time and handling and labor.

We havent made 1 penny, and never will. The 90.00 extra we had left at the end of 2 months turned into 2 deposits into the prize closets. 1 which the show still has in thier office and have not handed out yet. A bag that i walked in with when i was on the show last week.

To be more technical, we had to pay for overstock so that the 2 month delay does not occur anymore when and if they plug us. as of this time we OWE over 2k to the printer for premaking extra shirts for our next run.

You wanted shirts, and i made it very clear that we couldnt afford it, and Mike even had to buy his own shirts, ask him. I'm sure you would not call him a liar. All these facts im telling you are 100% true.

You obviously did have hard feelings because when asked " where have you been, i missed you" by gvac, you responded with your "MLC is a liar" attack. You chose to attack my character calling me a liar. And i am NOT. Alot changed from the moment you were helping me, and i appreciated your help. I think you do incredible work, and it was not a happy thing when you decided to leave. I do like you, but i dont like defending the integrity of Mine and Mike's store on a message board when it should be done in PM's.

I hope this helps put things in perspective on how things changed from the discussions we had before the company was actually formed until now.

I respectfully ask for you to contact me outside of a message board if you have something against me so we dont keep derailing the discussion on your excellent artwork.
