O.k we all know Earl is'nt the best producer but he's just really trying to get into the photography gimmick lets give him some time with that . Of course Franklins videos are great he's been doing it for 10 years . I think Earl has just gotten a late start to a great hobby. I started about a year ago and my pics sucked balls but now I'm doing shoots for my own car calender and they are kool as shit, plus I make a little paper.

in that case, if he enjoys the pics he takes, then so be it.

if he'd like to pursue photography professionally, getting other people's feedback could be a good thing. friday's show could end up being a bit of no-holds-barred tough love.

I enjoy him on radio he is like a crazy uncle that is barely holding it together and is ready to snap at any time with the stuttering way he speaks to the fainting and the anti social thing. I think any time earl is on air it = LULZ

My mother in law took up photography, and took to it pretty quickly, because you need to have an artistic eye, that's the integral part. EARL DOESN"T! So while you can make a case for us to go easy on him, the fact that he has no artistic ability will always be up his as stopping him.

If earl could find more ways to contribute to the show he'd be getting yelled at less. When the only thing you do that can translate into on air content is fuck up you're not going to get any slack.

Earl and Dave could be a great on air team if earl would step up personality wise a little, he'd be a good foil for ESD's wackiness and it would leave more of a hole for Ron and Fezzie to interact.

Truely Earl is trying, but he doesnt have a great eye. He is trying but its not the best. He took standard pics most people would take. Hack pics if you will. Id like to give him another assignment. In the summer and see if he improves. If he doesnt then I will have to agree with all of you.

see its funny. because we know earl and know lilly the lilly pic was bad but posted the pics on the New england board and ppl have said it looked good because they have not heard the show so i think it is all based on us thinking earl sucks and us looking for flaws
