An Oklahoma court released a 34 year old man who was caught kneeling behind a 16 year old girl at a store in Tulsa, taking an "upskirt" picture of her, ruling upskirt photography in public places a legal practice.

The cell phone cameras were introduced in Japan while I was there. Upskirt photos were such a problem that the the manufacturers all disabled the silent click option. Everytime you'd take a pic there was a loud shutter noise, so that everyone around you knew you had just taken a shot.
