If we are divorced and you don't live here and our daughter said she doesn't want to hang out with you today.... why are you still sitting in my living room???

Have you forgotten where the front door is?

As I remember reading from an earlier post you made, you said you guys where still friends. Maybe he just wants to hang out with you.. He is probably bored.

Friends we are not. I try to be civil because of our daughter but it really takes everything in me to do so. If he is bored he can go to his dwelling and jack off.

Maybe he's just glad to be out of Gvac's shed for the day?

imo if your daughter lives with you and sees her father on specific days and shes under 15 then i would say she has no say. imagine how you would feel if the roles were reversed? if you wanted to see her and she didnt wouldnt you still make the effort?

I found out why....

He's going to be in MD next weekend so he was trying to spend time with Alexis today but she didn't want to. He's going to visit this couple we use to hang out with while we were married. We use to go down there and to Camden Yards when the Yanks were in town.
Hmmm, I wonder if the Yanks playing the O's next weekend? Oh well.

If Alexis wants to see him tomorrow, I'll call him up and see if he wants to pick her for the day.

Of course, next Sunday was suppose to be his day for visitation...it's also another birthday party that I get to take her too and he gets out of

I'm not forcing her and that is something both my ex and I agreed on. If she doesn't want to spend the day with him, she doesn't have to. He picks her up a few days during the week after daycare regardless of whether she likes it or not but my ex doesn't have his own place. If she doesn't feel like going to the place he shares with his friend, his friend's wife, and their infant child than I will not force her to go... they are not family. I will not make her feel like she is being forced to go some place she doesn't want to be each weekend.

Incidentally, they are. Liz and I were making plans to go down.
