This is my favorite FAQ.
Can I hear Ron & Fez on the Internet? Do you know where I can get an internet stream to hear them?
For the time being, no. We do not know of any legal way to stream Ron & Fez live via the internet. It's against the law. Until they move to a company that allows streaming online, stop asking.

Yeah, it's more than a bit out of date. When we get some time, we'll finally update it.

From the number of posts today, it seems you mods have nothing but time.

We've only been saying that for a good 5 years now.

I have never read a FAQ or a "terms of service" for any website or installation ever. Not even things where I entered my credit. I'm a mod on FBA and i never once read their FAQ/Terms of Service etiher. Too time consuming. If i don something against the rules, someone would tell me, im sure of it!

Hey! I updated the hell out of that thing in 2004.

Mikey, I still have a saved copy of all the work I did on the R&F Characters wikipedia. I'd like to offer that for the new FAQ.

how often were those questions asked for them to be considered "frequent"?

I've used things in the FAQ to justify PM-ing mods or admins before I start to complain about someone attacking me without having met me, among other things. I don't complain often, but when I do, I like to think it's got a basis in real rules that were agreed upon by all staff members at the time of their writing.
I have also kept it in mind when posting snarky replies to threads and deciding whether or not to rip some people a new one because it's not my place to rap anyone's knuckles. We have Mods for that.
Although, re-reading it tonight has given me some editing ideas. Mostly the parts that refer to "Infinity Broadcasting" .... when's the last time anyone wrote a revision? I think that, perhaps, it's about time.

Sure. As soon as I can put a coherent thought together, I'll forward my edits along.
No Matty. Honest.
I did -- the day I joined the board.
