My sister is driving me nuts trying to figure out this movie that I can't remember the name of either. The movie is a summercamp movie in the likes of Meatballs could possibly be one in the series. The main character, roughly a twelve year old boy, can't swim. During the course of the movie the other kids are trying to teach him... they use the counselor's tub, etc... By the end of the movie the kid is entered in the swimming race and wins.
