A few things:

The Chappelle sketch with John Mayer should have been in there. And the Brady sketch wasn't in there at all? C'mon.

Also, Conan O'Brien's show had plenty of sketch bits/comedy that could have been included in this. Namely, the image of Max Weinberg with a shotgun taking out Andy Richter.

Lavon and Barry was RIDICULOUSLY low.

It's funny because when I saw this thread the first two skits I thought of were Who's on First? and The Dead Parrot.

The list is pretty good but, there's a bit too much Dan Akyroyd for my liking.

I can't believe that "The Audition"(Mr. Show) isn't anywhere on there. It really SHOULD be in the top 10. It's sooo well written and it's performed to perfection.

Also... the original "Debby Downer" skit was outstanding. The skit was genuinely funny and then the cast started to laugh.... and the whole skit just kinda hung on by a thread while the cast attempted to hold it together. It was SNL history.

"Mighty Mouse" by Andy Kauffman. Was it on the list? Maybe I missed it.

KITH should've been on there a few more times. Perhaps "Running Faggot".

God damn, I love sketch comedy.
