Happy (early) 420, reilly!

For two days, I've been trying to figure out a great new sig for you. Just trying to come up with inspiration. Panties? Did them already. This helped me.

So, I give you a new sig.

The worst earthquake in US history was in Missouri (8.1 in New Madrid). It was just that it happened in 1812 and no one lived there except native americans and some french trappers or something. They say a big willie is going to hit near St. Louis at some point.

This one as sorta on the same fault, if a bit north. We got one in VA a couple of years back--3.something. I didn't feel it at all.

Sorry:

Howlin' Wolf -Killing Floor

You're right, I stink!

Regarding the Lemon Song by Led Zep:

"The song borrows significantly from Howlin' Wolf's "Killing Floor", which was a song Led Zeppelin often incorporated into their live setlist during their first concert tour of the United States. For the second and third North American tours the song evolved into "The Lemon Song", with Plant often improvising lyrics onstage. However, despite Howlin' Wolf's influence on the arrangement, the album sleeve of Led Zeppelin II initially credited only the four members of Led Zeppelin. The band was later sued for copyright infringement, and Howlin' Wolf's name was added to the credits."

I used to work in a large central photo lab. This was before digital cameras became the norm. People that dropped their roll of film off at Wal-Mart or Sam's Club for two-day processing would be sent to us.

You would not believe the freaky stuff people that shop at Wal-Mart do in the privacy for their own home. Before digital, the freaks always selected two-day processing because they didn't want to face the person running the one-hour machine.

Yes, we did. Good memory.

I can say that if I'm really busy with work, concentrating on a brief, etc., the music will play in the background and time will go by and I won't be able to remember hearing some of the songs that were playing.

Sometimes it's like I have to occupy one portion of my brain with noise so that the main portion can concentrate on work.

That was always my dream job in high school

It wasn't so hot. I later went to work for a company that made photo finishing equipment and I would travel around the east coast either installing the stuff or fixing it when it broke. Some of the stuff I saw in the pro-labs was ridiculous. Stuff I didn't even know people did to each other.

What he's saying doesn't even really make sense to me. Like the whole thing about being embarrassed to lay in bed all day on a Sunday -- who gives a fuck? Who's going to say shit about it, unless you do have some actual commitment?

It's like a constant fear of disapproval from someone or somewhere, and I don't get it.
