husky voice like a torch singer,yes that vibrates in the lower ranges that wiggles the pituitary gland stimulating growth,from the release of growth chemmies.Just a theory,vibrations stimulating growth,but similarly plants and animals respond to the vibrations of music. The odd part is that those gymnastics girls have delayed growth from too much exercise,which is the opposite of what you'd expect,while in guys,athletics seems to stimulate growth.It's puzzling.It seems like a contradiction.You are not likely to overexecise to the point of gymnastics-slowed growth effects.Those are extreme training sessions like hours per day..:help:..not what you are doing I suppose,which is more body maintenance and muscle power.Dance is especially great for balance and total fitness.Jogging(with cushiony shoes)is good for breathing and releasing toxins,especially good for singers to get MAX lung capacity and full vocal range dynamics(good for broadcasters too).:bye: See what your doctors say about caffeine,sleeplessness,sodas,stuff like that...just a thought.Hyperactivity?
