I think he has potential to be overexposed this year. With Dirty Jobs and Deadliest Catch, Mike Rowe is a rising star on Discovery. Actually, he is the big draw on Discovery. I don't know if you agree or not, but I think he is a horse's ass. Pay close attention to his shows and you will see that it is all about Mike.
Whenever Mike asks a question to somebody, the camera will immediately show his reaction to the question and NOT the person who is responding to his grainy baritone. I'm serious; watch it. The camera will always show him mouth breathing and nodding his head as if to say, "Duh-Huh...."
Deadliest Catch is my favorite show on TV, but I hate the intro/outro whenever Mike Rowe speaks.

i like mike. i find him funny and charming . i also think he uses that gimmick so that the people on dirty jobs dont feel like theyre being mocked. it makes him look like the dummy and not the sewer cleaner. or bird sphincter examiner.
