Inspired by a dissimilar thread I thought what do you like the most about our favorite radio show.

I really enjoy Ron baiting Earl into getting smashed.

Ron and Fez being a given. I like the unexpected moments of ESD saying something half assed and Ron calling him on it of just pointing out how funny the thing he said was. Like Fucktwat the clown.

i like the line of the day at the end of the show (especially when they have a bunch of good runner ups from the hilarious comedians they always have in studio.) that is the best.

the ramone calls are pretty good too.

When Ron makes up a story on the spot. The most recent one I can think of is when he talked about the Clintons fighting dirty and he reminisced about arguing with Bill and suddenly Hillary was behind him with a broken bottle.

The way they treat and interact with their fans. People are always welcome in the studio and they show up to every event taking time to talk with people or take a picture. I think that explains the loyalty the fans have had for them for almost 10 years now.

There is so much I love about the show but it is really Fez who makes the show for me. I remember hearing Ron and Fez in DC for the first time and they were talking about the strength of retards. It was the funniest thing I have ever heard on the radio. Fez was hilarious, smart, entertaining, and I immediately liked the guy. Ron is great but there is something so likeable about Fez. I really feel as though I know the guy even though we have never met.

I like how they can be talking about pretty much ANY topic and they'll find an angle to take that not only makes it funny but they make in interesting.

Ron: I hate people bragging about things they do for people.... Like some guy will be telling me I bought my mom an $800 oven, that's great. I'm gonna tell you something Fez I have never shared before. About a year and half ago I returned a phone I found in the back of a cab.

Fez: I know you talked about it for weeks

Ron: I never mentioned it cause I wanted to keep that heroic act to myself.

Fez: Yeah you mentioned it repeatedly on the air.

Ron: You know the government wants to put me on the new half dollar. One side will be me in the back of the cab looking at the phone with a hmmmm look on my face. The other side will be me standing like the statue of liberty but in stead of the torch I have a cell phone in my hand.

I love when they go and go with a bit, like the Lobster vs. Rhino bit. That replay was on when I was driving a friend from Seattle to Portland and he was an instant fan. That and the classic How Many 9 Year Olds bit. The caller input is always amazing.

There is absolutely nothing that I like about the Ron and Fez show.

Henceforth I shall post only negative sentiments and scathing commentary.

Then I'm taking on those fat cats in Washington.

To me, the key to true comedy is being clever. Ron = clever
A decent comedian can make you laugh. A great comedian can make you laugh and then say to yourself "WOW that was good". Ron and Fez both do that to me.

Even tho i thought today's show was great right thru, even by the high R+F bar, my biggest laugh was when z-man asked how they could tell that Blaine was actually holding his breath

Speaking of which, Ron got off on a rant on Free-FM about this time last year when he was talking about the autistic kid who hit 19 3-pointers. He started talking about getting a slow kid at school laid. Then the father tried to offer him money to give to the girl and it turned out the girl owed him a favor. I remember being on the Grand Central Parkway and laughing so hard that I almost didn't brake in time for the car in front of me. Is that clip around anywhere?
