Got a surprise day off so I'm going to check out the show live today and I just want to find out from someone who's been in to the studio what we need to do to get in. Is there a certain time we have to show up or do we need to email Dave or Pitz? Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I emailed Dave and Pitzy at the addresses Fallon gave. I also emailed Earl. Pitzy responded within an hour! Dave by the next day. I'm still waiting to hear from Earl two weeks later. Make sure that they know you're coming and are OK with it.

You've got to sign-in with the security guard in the lobby who looks like he's half asleep and couldn't care less if you were carrying a suitcase nuke with you. When you get upstairs you've got to make it past Master Po who'll give you the once-over before you can get in.

My wife and I visited Ron and Fez the monday before they went on vacation (The day with Molly's cupcakes and HTG and Crazed's debut) and I can't state how great evryone involved with the show was to both of us. It started with Pitz in setting up the visit all the way to being able to spend a few minutes with Ron and Fez after the show. They are truly great to there fans. One of the best things about the visit was Sheepy introducing himself and spending a good deal of time talking with us about the show and things in general. Everyone who is a fan of the show probably already knows this but Sheepy was the nicest person. he did not have to spend the time talking to me and my wife but he did and it helped us both the feel very comfortable.

All in all is was a great experience with the buddies and I look forward to the next visit.

You should be able to just go to the walk and go up.

I did a tile job once at a mall in Brooklyn. I had $400.00 worth of tools stolen from me I was broke so we had to get a room in Elizebethtown NJ. I was the Rube who came to town. I vowed to never return to NYC...

However to be granted an audience with the great Ronny B and Fez W I may risk life and limb to return to my great nemesis NYC.

I'll bet every door at XM would open when I showed them a Lancaster County Shoofly Pie with a side of scrapple and a bucket of chicken and waffles.

Just wanted to follow up on my experience visiting the show...

Ron and Fez are totally awesome. If you guys are browsing the boards, I was the red head from Delaware. Much cooler than I ever could have imagined, they seemed genuinely happy to have visitors and treated us very, very well. Ron and Lily even gave me and my girlfriend some ideas on where to hang out for the day in NYC. Next time I go to New York I will defiantly stop by again. My only regret was ESD wasn't there that day, damn it. But getting some R&F swag made up for it.

Anyway, thanks again for an awesome time guys. And thanks to the message board fans for giving me some pointers about contacting the show.

Had the opportunity to visit the show last week and I cannot believe how nice everyone was. Pitz made all of us feel extremely welcome and meeting everyone was a real highlight for me.

I highly recommend that if you get the opportunity to go see the show to absolutely take advantage of it. Pitzy was a great help with setting everything up for my wife and I, and while in the beginning I was a little nervous about feeling like I was in the way, everybody immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Ron, Fez, and Dave came out after the show and made time to hang out with everybody. They let us take a look around the studio and were genuinely happy to have us there. It was very informal and fun. E-rock from O&A was hanging out with us watching the show for a bit. We even got to say hi to Anthony and Po who were leaving as we were walking in.

My wife and I had such a great time and we can't wait to go back again soon.

We had a great time at the show on June 20th. A lot of people were there. We caught a great show. We got there about 1:15 and we got in easy. Lily really helped us out and Po didn't pat us down. Yeah - we already decided cupcakes were out of the question. If they aren't Molly's it probably isn't a good idea. Healthy is a good idea, but if it seems like it'll be too hard to find something I may just go with what I run into. I'd know where to go in Kansas City, obviously, but I'll be more hard-pressed in NY to know what places are good. I guess it's a little bit of a gamble either way. Thanks for telling me coconut - that's good to know. I probably wouldn't have picked it because some people are allergic and other people just hate it, and you never know.

I don't think it's too late. Judging by the crowd at O&A today, there will probably be a decent size audience for RnF. I would go to XM and chill outside and see if you run into a staff member. Let them know you want to go up. If no one shows for awhile, just sign in and go up. Worst case scenario is they tell you to come back at 1:00, which is sometimes the norm.

Had a blast at the show today. Every was extremely hospitable. I must have been offered a bottle of water 3 or 4 times. I was more than happy to be able to sit there and watch, I don't expect bottles of water, people stopping by to say hello, conversations during breaks, etc. To steal a line from David, everyone was "Class Personified". I hope to stop by next time there is a company holiday that the buddays do a show.

It was great seeing the buddays today, and an extra treat was seeing Earl dance the hula... Found out today that Ron really throws that cowbell, love the visual! Too bad I didn't have my camera. Also we got to meet yojimbo and Pat St. John. And to those that visit, it is 2pm now, we arrived too early and was told by Master Po to come back at 2.. Joe the security guy was friendly, and the staff was great!

Iam kicking aroung going up to NYC with my bro for my 40th birthday do a day O & A and Ron and Fez both. I am glad to read its not too hard.

The last time I was up there was in 1985 or 86 after new years and a garbage strike was on.... shit was stacked up head high over the city. Then I got food poisoning and spent 2 day on the crapper. The capper was I was only 16 so I snuck out on the fire ecsape for a smoke then locked myself out like 15 stories up thank god a door was ajar a few flights down.

So the bar is set real low.

I had an amazing time monday when I visited the show. I was all prepared for security to be all douchey and the guy at the desk to get all pissy but it never happened. I got there before everyone else so I didn't have to sit in the bleachers which were packed. When I brought the cheesecakes Nico inspected them like he worked for the Board of Health. He looked them up and down for like 10 minutes. An O&A intern stayed to help Ron & Fez and he spent the majority of the time slicing the cakes up. He cut like 30 slices and only 5 or 6 people actually took some. He never offered them to everybody til after the show had ended and everyone was leaving. Watching Ron and Fez live was great. I sat quietly and just enjoyed seeing them interact live. Ron actually did the moose antlers, choked Nico with the bag and threw pens at Fez. Then we got to participate by helping Nico crowd surf. Its funny to see how Dave and Nico run all over the place during the show in a panic. Everyone was really nice and inviting. I'm glad I got the chance to visit before they move to the Sirius Studios.

I was serenaded in the bleachers by A.J. Dynamite the entire time. Debbie, you're a lucky woman.


Security wasn't douchey, but the pat down and wand was unexpected. I do kind of give off that domestic terrorist vibe, though. Dave gave security a pretty good earful. And Dave is a hard working motherfucker in that studio. Congrats, sir.

The boys are consummate professionals, and the interaction live is entertaining as hell. Ronnie honestly looks like he's sitting around the cafeteria table with his buddies fucking around until the bell rings. They are having a goddamn blast while they're doing the show.

Yes, he was really throwing a knife at Fezzie.

Intern David is legitimately scared shitless he will lose his job on Monday. He was talking to me and A.J. when Ron screamed at him from the studio. He left the studio scrambling to find out how he was going to the twink party on the Lower East Side.

A.J. made the O and A interns make him coffee the entire show.

You shouldn't have any issues with the building security. Just tell them you're there for R&F, they'll make you sign the register and send you on your way. They're apparently quite used to audience members (one even told us to come back while we still could before the move).

Once you get to the XM studio, Master Joe will give you a once-over and send you in. The intensity of this can vary. He only checked my coat pockets and asked a few questions for O&A, but patted me down before R&F. He has a metal detector wand as well. But he's really good about it, unlike the TSA vogons.

Went to the show....

Ron and Fez and Dave and EVERYONE were great. The O and A show and Ron and Fez are completely different experiences. Thanks Dave for taking the time to answer emails and for beiong just all around friendly toward us.

Ron and Fez were gracious and took a couple pictures with the crowd. They are truly humble people.


I would skip O and A anytime. They were too "big shot" for their crowd, and they looked bored to be there. They spent an hour killing time with two interns. C'mon guys....you don't have to phone it in!! I think they seem a bit fed up with all the corporate stuff and it is definitely killing their energy.

Ron, Fez and staff were energetic, said hello, and looked like they still enjoyed their work. Thanks buddays for the effort!!!! They had a full energy behind them and you could tell through the crowd's applause after their show, unlike O and A where everyone just dispearses.

I got to visit the show last Wednesday. Of course, I paid the proper admission to sit in studio. I had visited the show before but was relegated to the cold metal bleachers. In studio is a different experience. Especially since from the bleachers your view of the buddays is blocked for the most part.
While they are putting on a radio show, it is visual enough to be a TV show. ESD is a true show man. Maybe because he doesn't understand theater of the mind, or maybe because he is that crazy, either way he puts on a great show.
I hope some arrangements are made at Sirius that we can visit them eventually.
Thanks to Ron, Fez and ESD, it was a nice trip.

I read somewhere that O&A and R&F are going to be on different floors of different buildings - is that right? Do you have any news on the Siriius set up, specifically about Ron and Fez?
