Friday May 30th

Effin Gruven - 2562 Sunrise Hwy, Bellmore, NY 11710-3607. If you take the LIRR to Bellmore, its right across the street (the train line runs all night!). Its right next to the puppy store.

words from the Gaz "Effin Gruven is a bar thats suppose to have alot of cool, rare beers and all that good stuff. I never been there. I wouldve loved to do something in the city, but I am going to have to drive 13hrs the next day so I want something really really close to my place. Im expecting a small turnout obviously (long island isnt the most popular place), but I do want to see some of you guys before I move to Hayseed town..so come on out (unless I hate you, then stay you asshole)"

so im posting this here to some of you have met gaz hes a great guy he's going off to kansas for work so he will be missed
short notice to
and not takeing and light away form the scorpian party wich ill probably be there

but gaz on the 30th in long island

yeah missy..thats the puppy store that had that mini australian shepherd i wanted

But check this out, my dad is in discussion with a breeder to get their next dog. My mom and him want a black and white cockalier (cocker spaniel = cavilier king charles spaniel = cockalier) and these are the two he is deciding between (although he might wait for the next litter):

whenever i'm around, i can bring it over and pronto could have a friend!

anywah, enough with the puppy talk

yeah everyone come to this bar the night before I have to drive to cincinnati (N. Kentucky...not Kansas!). Its right off the LIRR and they have weird beers and ales..suppose to be really good. I should easily be able to get a table so it should be a cool hang.

I met GAZ at bar 9 and he was awesome, but I hate LI like poison, so I am torn.

I will try my best to make it there.

Good luck with the move and the work thing!

Tough to make it out to LI on a Friday night, but I'll try. Is this a permanent or temporary move to the sticks?

Cincinnati is named for Cincinnatus, who was a farmer but he became a soldier and saved Rome.

(From my 1st-year Latin textbook: "Cincinnatus agricola erat.")

Anyway, they have Skyline Chili there. It's pretty good, but you do need to like your chili soupy and kind of sweet, poured over spaghetti. (Order it 3- or 4-way, I can't remember whether the spaghetti counts as one of the "ways": chili over spaghetti with oyster crackers, cheese and diced onions. Yum!)

When my company acquired another publisher in Cincinnati, we celebrated the integration of their products into our workflow with Skyline Chili that someone had brought back for us.

Jeez. That sounds kind of revolting.

Use this list to find more appetizing dining choices. (http://www.best-of-cincinnati.com/eats.html)

Best of luck to you in your life's adventure.
