You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Why the hell did the neighbors pay her rent? I mean, it is one thing to help a sick or poor neighbor, but she hasn't been seen since 1967! They didn't know what the situation was, so why assume and do nothing to determine the situation?
