I'm surprised Ron screwed it up, but its The KKK took my baby away, although he is just on the fly with this.

The don't go back to rockville line had my laughing pretty hard.
I realize that some of the stuff Ron says isn't as off the cuff as it might seem on the radio, but damn is he quick on his feet. Jimmy Norton is the same way. For the longest time I used to wonder if all hecklers at standup shows were planted by the comedian to give them a way to do a segway into new material. While I think some might be in some cases, after listening to how quick on their feet Ron and Jimmy are, I definitely don't think all are. it is possible for someone to be that funny and quick on their feet.

Although it is officially an album (with awesome Giger art on the cover)... I'll count the Brain Salad Surgery reference from yesterday's show.

all night long - Lionel Richie
He even belted it out a little. I would have sworn Mr. Richie was in studio.

I always like "Hey Joe, where you goin' with that phone in your hand?", especially when Joe quotes the song back to Ron.

he quoted Alabama by Neil Young during the Jews to Alabama segment:
Alabama, you got the weight on your shoulders
Thats breaking your back.
Your cadillac has got a wheel in the ditch
And a wheel on the track
Oh alabama.
Can I see you and shake your hand.
Make friends down in alabama.
Im from a new land
I come to you and see all this ruin
What are you doing alabama?
You got the rest of the union to help you along
Whats going wrong?

I heard Ronnie singing "Whatever you Like", by T.I. about three times last week.
Made me laugh everytime. Never took Ron for the biggest T.I. fan, but I guess when they play a song three times an hour, you're bound to hear it.

It's nice to spend time with someone who loves the Thin White Duke as much as I do.
