Good Cell Phone Site?

Does anyone know of a good site for cell phones? I have Verizon, but I'm buying the phone outright this time and dumping the service when my contract expires.

I assume you're going to a SIM card phone with a carrier like AT&T or T-Mobile if you're going to buy the phone outright. I've found that eBay stores generally have some good deals. Just search "unlocked sim phones" and see where that gets you.
