Nah, you play a drop of his from one of his shows, and then lead into a song that goes with the drop or captures Carlin's general outlook.

Adding my $0.02 on the opener for today.
Carlin did a bit about euphemisms for death, (passed away, adverse medical outcome, etc.) that might fit. Although I believe Carlin was a big fan of jazz, I don't know enough about it to pick the appropriate piece from that genre.
How about Anthem from Leonard Cohen?

A good jazz piece would be "Goodbye Pork Pie Hat" by Charles Mingus, but that might be a real bummer.

One time while I was helping my ex-chick move out of her home I realized I was reading a love letter she had written to Patrick Swayze when she was 12- and the love letter he wrote back to her (in her handwriting). "Even though you're 12 years old we were meant for each other."
That's all the espionage I did- she had already told me about these letters anyway.

Dave actually has a point, although he couldn't say it right.
Dave was having problems with Jonafin, but Lilly said "f-you" and dated him anyway. That is a complete double-standard in the Bros-Before-Hoes argument.
Also, if Lilly is still talking to him and Dave doesn't think things are as bad as they are, drop the freakin' situation.
Get over it you bunch of children!

It's one thing if you SAY you black out and another thing entirely if you DO black out. If you do black out, there is nothing that can be said about it - it is scary and a little sad that you drink that much and can't remember, but it happens.
Off topic, but the voice over guy on the State Farm commercial sounds exactly like Pitzy.

4. Dave, Earl and Pitzy are a bunch a faggots

Long story short my friend started talking to me about how after the party we had bagels.

I blacked out for the first time back in Feb of last year after being abroad for a few months, and unfortunately sober and dry the whole time. Ends up I was talking and helping a friend plan on putting a hot tub on top of his philly house in the city, telling a girl how I really thought about her, and then throwing up on her laptop later on while sitting in her bed/possibly doing the Wonga-Wonga Willy Wa. All from Siembra Azul Tequila (http://www.siembraazul.com/).
It's all a funny joke thing now, cuz I am not an architect, don't throw up, and wouldn't be a drunk douche.

I have been known as a "championship drinker" at various periods in my life and have still blacked out at times. I'm not saying that everything from the entire night is gone, but it will reach a point where I drink "one too many" and I loose everything from there until I regain consciousness.

Oh it is COMPLETELY ridiculous to get to that point. But to say that a blackout is just an excuse is simply not always valid.
I hate the fact that I have blacked out in the past and have had to own up to things that I didn't know I did, but I never lied about not remembering.
Actually I was probably pretty close to alcohol poisoning at those points, and if anybody in the room had been sober and cognizant we probably would have gone to the hospital. But we weren't so we didn't, and I am still alive to talk about it now. Live and learn...
