You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Hey buddays! I'll be in Washington DC for a program with the State Department (Arlington, to be exact) for 2 weeks starting on June 30th. I was wondering if anybody within the RF community in our nation's capital has a couch I can crash on. Obviously, you will be handsomely rewarded with both a handshake and grocery money. Is anybody able to help a brother out?
