9 fuckin' hours?!

i was able to watch most of this trial and have read virtually everything there is to read about it, i cant believe this jury went into a second day of deliberations.

if some fuckstick hangs this jury im going to be sick.

there isnt a ton of DNA evidence to go through, there isnt anything complex at all so im not sure what is taking so long unless...

i think the problem is that the motive wasnt established strongly enough, and since the case is almost all circumstantial you really need to convincingly prove to people why he did it.

but his story has changed so much and is so full of holes i cant see how he could be innocent. and his actions couldnt make him look any more guilty.

im telling you, some cocksucker is in there right now buying the murder-suicide angle and defending entwistle's actions after he supposedly found the bodies...

This guy is the lowest of the low. With his wife and especially baby dead he should have just ended it for real instead of running like a pussy.

It's not that guy, it's THIS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neil_Entwistle)

that just broke, its a shame the jury didnt get to hear about that stuff, stronger than anything they introduced.

i was shocked that the prosecution didnt object to the defense saying during closing arguments that entwistle returned the gun to his father-in-law's house. it was never brought up during the course of the trial, if they wanted to claim that then he should have taken the stand.

well thankfully they got it right, i feel bad for the guy's parents. they genuinely believe he is innocent. i wish they would have held their tongues after the verdict but you cant blame them.

Oy, this guy's parents are a real piece of work.

Meanwhile, Entwistle’s parents, Yvonne and Clifford Entwistle, speaking publicly minutes after the verdict, proclaimed their son’s innocence.

They said they believe Rachel Entwistle, 27, shot her 9-month-old daughter, Lillian Rose, and then turned the gun on herself because she suffered from depression.

“We know that our son Neil is innocent and we are devastated to learn that the evidence points to Rachel murdering our grandchild and then (committing) suicide,” Yvonne Entwistle said. “I knew Rachel was depressed.”

“Our son will now go to jail for loving, honoring and protecting his wife’s memory,” she added.

It's always so easy to attack the dead, no matter what the evidence proves.

Entwislte is the poster boy for the death penalty. Unfortunately, Massachusetts doesn't have it on the books. Although if they did, he probably wouldn't have been extradited back after running home to Mummy and Daddy after the murders.

It would be my guess that his desire for more sex will be fulfilled when he gets to prison.

He's going to live a long, rights-filled life behind bars paid for by you suckers in Massachussetts because of no death penalty.

Thanks for starting the madness, Jersey just picked up on your stupidity a few months ago-no death penalty here either.

Now you know why we're so fucking pissed. The wife killing Rabbi got off down here too.

your right. The commonwealth should have capital punishment on the books, but some slimmy state rep from peabody if I remember correctly swung the vote when capital punishment came up after the Jeffery Curely murder in the 90's.
