Almost Cut my hair

Well, it's summer. I've been growing my hair since Christmas. Kind of.
If you guys saw me at the bar night, it was straight out, Mikeyboy long.
Since then, MsTub Styled it into a kind of BonJovi cut. (the chicks love it) but it is getting in my way, too hard to maintain in the heat, and slowing me down in the morning.

Should I cut it, or suck it up and keep my fans happy?

I cut all my hair off at Christmas and donated it to Locks of Love. It was probably 15" or longer and I got a regular hair cut, not many people seemed to notice.

Sunday it was 4 or 5 inches long and I cut it myself all the way to the skin and everyone has been asking me what did I do to my ponytail.

I did that too. I buzzed my hair in November 2004 and grew it out until May 2007. One day I just decided to go to the barber and get rid of it. It felt weird, but it was good. I haven't gotten a haircut since.

Since you have let it grow this long, you have to let it get past the phase it's in and get to the "long enough to weight itself down more" phase.

Trust me, just try it out. Shorter hair is just a cut away, but growing it takes a lot longer. I say keep it long for a few more months, let it get longer and see what you think.

That's what I do as well. It takes me two years to grow out a long enough ponytail; so every other xmas I send an envelope to the cancer kids. People tell me I look like Jesus when it is long. I think that is a compliment.:glurps:

Perhaps Tub is a hat guy, but looks silly in a hat and grew his hair out in order to look good in a hat. I have a small head but I like wearing a ballcap. Piuki thinks I look like a silly little boy with a ballcap on my tiny noggin, but agrees that it looks infinitely better with the long locks. However now that I'm shorn I'll have to abandon the Mets cap in favor of my pub cap.
