Audible problem?

Number 1, I'm an idiot for downloading all the podcasts a day late instead of just getting a friggin XM radio.

Number 2, anyone having a problem with downloading June 27th?

Number 3, I bet I'm the only asshole who uses Audible, so I don't plan on getting any answers.

i use audible

friday's show is still not downloading, but it's a rebroadcast of the may 1st show, so if you've got that one or heard it, you really don't need it again

audible usually fixes the download problems in a few days, friday's show will probably be available on monday

oddly enough i have xm

i had audible for o & a, and then got xm after i heard r & f (audible substituted them during the month long suspension of o & a)

when r & f came to audible i had some extra credits so i grabbed a subscription

even with xm i can't listen to them live and still end up recording them on my skifi and listening the next day

It sucks but the streaming XM over the web kills the bandwidth at work so I have to use the download so I can at least hear the show during the day.

Yeah, that's the only negative about audible. But being able to listen to all 3 hours (well, 2 and a half) whenever you want is the greatest.

i had the same issue for 27th. i emailed the audible people.
i can't listen at work, so it's nice to download it when i go home. it's pretty convenient, despite never being able to call.

I had a problem with a R&F download a while back, and exchanged emails with their Support until it was resolved, so I replied back to them about Fridays show.

They replied back and said it failed for them too, so they're alerting the staff, and will get the file fixed soon.

All of the show segments are out of order. I thought the opening was a little weak, but whatever... and then I was like, "WTF, why is the new EP playing 'Satellite of Love' 25 minutes into the fucking show???"

Then I realize that the brilliant Earl sent all the segments, but out of order.

Right now this is my only link to hearing the show, so I fucking hope that fucking Earl gets his shit fucking straight!

Btw, what the fuck was up with that? I hear that they're going to re-air some of the un-masked interviews (most of which I'd never heard and was looking forward to), and I download Friday's show and get a lame repeat from 2 months ago.

Is this Earl being lazy and just re-sending a pre-sent show to send to Audible instead of packaging and sending his fucked up "edited for time" unmasked segments? Or was there another reason we didn't get what was aired on the "Ron and Fez Show" from Friday?

Even when they're on vacation we usually get the same show of "best of's" that is broadcast the day before.

I've never been an Earl basher before, but if he's fucking with my favorite radio show, we're going to have problems.

I got the July 27th audible to finally download but it was not the actual show. I missed that show and didn't realize it was the day they were playing 3 unmasked episodes instead of the show...which is not what I got from audible. I was too lazy to wait for the replay so it served me right. lol.

I think there must be something prohibiting Audible from replaying anything that wasn't expressly made for 202. They didn't play the replay of Big Ass Night of Fights either.

whenever o & a and r & f are on vacation audible replays a full show from the archives, for o & a it's actually not bad, they have a pretty good archive, it's sucks for r & f because their archive of shows is not as big
