Best Of Ideas

I have an idea for the next time R&F take a week-long vacation.

Each day features a best of that focuses on one specific theme, kind of like Dylan's show.

Monday would be "Best of East Side Dave" - stuff with the Rider, etc.

Tuesday would be "Best of Fez"

Wednesday would be "Best of Earl" - all of Earl's classic meltdowns, plus maybe some of the bits from O&A tooling on him, like Earl from the Future and the Picture Hanging Bit.

Thursday would be "Best of Ron" - which could be any day, really - but the bumpers of each bit would be an I-57 read.

Friday could be either "Best of AFRO" or "Best of Unmasked".

Thoughts?

I agree, sounds awesome. Problem is, much like WWE, its too cool and makes too much sense to ever happen. Earl is the poor, black, Vince McMahon of the Ron and Fez Show.

I guess I don't know how you would separate out Best of Fez or Best of Ron from other things.

I've said it once, I'll say it again, they should have a comedy pyramid "Best Of."

Best of Fez could be a hypnotism bit, a nature boy bit, a fezatorial, and part of a drinking show, the Whatley Posse helter skelter bit, and that's me not even thinking hard about it.


Best of Ron might be an interviews, The Cameron Gray bit... I don't know. he seems like the ringleader and It's hard to think of bits when he's the best at manipulating.

Another idea is a themed show where it's the best of the Ron and Fez crew, like the funniest bits with Patti, Perry, Crazy Jen, Big A, etc.

I was actually thinking about that this morning. Al was on the air with his new morning show and said a few lines from "Airplane", saying that his favorite line was "Have you ever seen a grown man naked?"

I said "Isolate that!" aloud, without even thinking about it.

Oh wait. It'd be three hours of silence with periodic "This is Ronnie B... Bringing you the Best Of Eastside Dave."... Then crickets.
