The coolest feature seems to be that the site provides half of a conversation as well, so all you obnoctious Nextel users can answer on "speaker phone" like you always do..

I just keep my phone on Vibrate all the time.

When I'm looking for an out, I get my phone, stare blankly at the display, flip it open and give the 'gimme a second' hand gesture.
Then I cover the mouthpeice and tell the person I have to go.
