I love smoothies. I found one that is tasty and good for you
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
6 crushed ice cubes
a large handful of frozen raspberries (or any fruit you like)
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 scoops whey protein (i prefer chocolate)
1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)
1 handful instant oatmeal (dry or cooked, also optional)
2 servings of mmmm-ness

Good thread idea DH I'm glad I searched so I didnt look dumb in this forum. I found this at allrecipies.com very good stuff. I cut out the vanilla and sugar and used vanilla soy milk instead. I also added blue berries. Serves 2 and is very healthy/tasty.
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 banana, broken into chunks
14 frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Flax meal rules. Great on cereal, too.

Grilled squash
slice the squash
little olive oil
little garlic salt
put it directly on the grill
do the same with broccoli
MOD EDIT: I would not reccomend this as a smoothie. In other forms (as listed...delicious)
