And the current government in Iraq?

And Fidel Castro?

And the Chinese government for their actions in Tibet and elsewhere?

And the Brits for their reign of terror in North Ireland?

And the Chechen warlords who are still active there, and hold significant power inside and outside of government.

And those are just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are dozens more cases when one might not approach genocide, but a systematic disregard of human life, dignity and basic liberties.

At what point is the world going to refuse to accept it?
