I dont know if this exists but if not Im claiming it. While talking to a friend on the phone we came up with the concept of fried spaghetti and meatballs on a hoagie or between garlic bread with sauce. Anyone ever heard of anything similar?
(PS I dont smoke pot so this was not a stoned creation)

I've made spaghetti sandwiches before. Just never added the meatballs. I called mine "The Spaghetti Sandwich".

It has to exist somewhere.
I suggest you cut the spagetti so its not always dripping on your shirt.
Open up the store. Just get permission from Sammich first.

The noodles are lightly fried so they dont fall out...at least in my mind they are.

With mine, it was always leftover spaghetti reheated in a sauce pan (pre microwave days). Reheating in the pan made it pretty thick, so it worked fine in a sandwich.

Not sure if this helps, Mr. Jauble, but...
I once fell face first into a deep-fryer while eating spaghetti (sans balls o' meat).
When I came to, I ate the pasta off my face...taking a few of my features with it.
It (I) tasted delicious!
Run with it!!
You should call it, "Ron Bennington's Got His Own Fried Spaghetti and Meatballs on a Hoagie or between Garlic Bread with Sauce."
You'll never have to worry about advertising.

Im trying to get my hands on a fryer because in an ideal (fat) world I would deep fry some cheese withe the sauce in between it and slap it on top. I like the idea of naming some sort of food after ron....I wonder if anyone else has thought of this.

I always put spaghetti on a slice of garlic bread. Never thought of it as a sammich. When you open the nashville branch of your chain restaurant, can I be the manager? I need a jobby job.

Add some parmesan cheese and I'd order one.
Sounds like good drunk/hangover food.

DAMN
I just got home from the All Star Game (left early) and my wife picked up spaghetti and meatballs and I ate it. I am so pissed I did not see this thread before I ate it casue I would have done it.
My family makes spaghetti omelets with leftover spaghetti. Take the pasta with suace and saute it up with some butter. When it starts to brown a little take 6 lightly beaten eggs and pour them over the pasta. Let it cook about 5 minutes and then flip it and cook another 5 minutes. We just had it last weekend and it was so good

If that fails you can always go with the burger doughnut.

You aren't thinking my friend burger donut is overrated but the donut burger could go so far.

I dont know if you have named that yet but might I suggest "the phone camera"?
You guys can waste your time on that stuff if you want, but you just wait until I get my "opener can" past the planning stage.

I have several weaknesses...
The strongest of which is cheese.

As a resident fat guy, I am usually all about most of these concoctions that people come up with, but any pasta on a sandwich is just plain wrong!
I get the omelet with pasta thing...but it's wrong for pasta to be between two slices of bread (even garlic bread).
I went looking for the common denominator in those who agree with this mix and it became clear to me...Hayseeds! Olive garden loving, hayseeds!
Just look at the locales of the people in agreement with this catastrophe...
-Indianapolis (the ringleader)
-Winchester, Vagina (supporter)
-Queens via Cali (via Cali)
-Florida (fell into a deep fryer)
-Nashville (unemployed and always puts his spaghetti on garlic bread)
-South Amboy, NJ (I really don't want to bring up ESD's north vs. south jersey thing but...)
Personally, I think you've all had too much "hospitaliano"!
Love,
-Joe

I think you are forgetting about the guy who actually did it. He is a big time lawyer and lives in Manhattan. But oh sure its just us crazy hayseeds that think of this.

Ok, jauble, I say we go into full scale experimentation mode this weekend.
There will be some setbacks, sure. But we when we get on the other side of this, I truly feel we will better off as a nation.
For starters, our average age of death will plummet, saving the nation untold millions in retirement costs alone.
I'll start testing various breads. Sliced bread and garlic bread, sure, but I'll also run with some sun-dried tomato foccaccia. You know, just for laughs.

We could even try to make it "look" healthy by throwing it in a spinach tortilla wrap.
