Verizon kicks ass

Had to get a new phone and and a new number today.

Went into Verizon, and was out in 10 minutes. I told the guy what I wanted, he offered the upgrades and premium service but wasn't pushy about it, and everything went swimmingly.

Best phone-related customer service I've EVER had.

Love teh Verizon!

There was an error on my bill once and they gave me a month of free service.

Yeah, we heard that from them when we tried to roll over a credit we had on our dsl account to our cellphone account. They didn't have any trouble billing them all together though.

Flobbity Floooo.

DSL blew ass; rolling outages, poor customer svc.
I switched to RoadRunner.

I have no experience with their cell svc however.
But the word Verizon will always get a BOOOOO from me.

But seriously, I always liked spelling things like "Centre" and "defence" and "offence" and "favourite" that way cause it looks cooler...and it made me look more intelligent in school
