because as much as i do like linkin park, every goddamn song they have makes me think at least once during it "holy shit am i queer for liking this band".

the latest one is "given up", which gives you a two'fer of thinking you might just want to suck a cock...

it starts with the happy little clapping at the start, and thank god the guitar kicks in at 5 seconds and makes it a little less asscavey, but even then until about 14 seconds in you are still sort of clapping along thinking maybe you do want to kiss guys, i dont know, it might be nice...

good hard guitar riff kicks in at 14 seconds and then the drums and vocals put that unease to rest for a while tho, and you rock along, good beat, lyrics have a good mix of angst and anger, yeah ok now this i like, i was just confused for a minute there thats all, happens to everyone im sure...

and then at the two minute mark out of nowhere they try to channel Gwar (but badly, no disrespect to Gwar) and its obvious at that point, if you dont immediately turn this song off you no doubt love the cock. its not gay in the way that the clapping is, its just gay in that its so terrible you cant help but think there is something wrong with you if you dont reject it instantly.

unfortunately i have to admit, i kept listening.

this is a common theme throughout all of their songs, and it makes me wonder if they arent purposefully trying to recruit young fans into a homosexual lifestyle.

Linkin Park was good for there first two albums. But this last one SUCKED. too soft. I was pissed when they went rap, and this made things worse. I know bands evolve but they should have gone back to the sound of Hybrid Theory.

i thought the sound and evolution of Minutes was 10x better than Hybrid Theory.

To me, Hybrid sounds so over-produced to the point that it almost doesnt sound like humans performing. It sounds like somebody put this together and then they picked people to represent the band members.

Dont get me wrong, I can listen to Hybrid all the way through and enjoy it, but if i had to pick between the 2, Minutes pwns Hybrid.
