I doubt many people here follow this in their real lives and I'm 99.999% sure this will never appear on the Show but since people on the board have been talking alot lately about the financial problems we're currently facing, here's another complicating issue:

At a minimum, I would expect this to exacerbate the current price rises that we've been seeing in food. Reflexive anti-globalists will probably see this as a good thing but I'm worried the honchos who are supposed to be overseeing the world's financial systems are throwing matches at some pretty dry kindling here.
